In 2007, we were commissioned by Contemporary International to work with their client, Hong Kong Jockey Club, on a Look strategy for their 2007 test events.
As host for the Beijing 2008 Olympic and Paralympic equestrian events, HKJC was keen to ensure that the test event Look program could be delivered effectively, economically and to expected standards.
Working remotely, we documented a strategy and performance specification for venues at Sha Tin and Fanling. Our package was designed to allow the HKJC to contract a local organisation to effectively plan and deliver their Look needs.
