In early 2008, we combined with our long-time colleagues, Dot Dash, to provide wayfinding signage consultancy services to the Venue Management department of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games (BOCOG).
Over three visits to Beijing, the Looksport/Dot Dash team initially provided guidance on the development and roll-out of their wayfinding program, kit of signage types and application principles.
We then assisted with expert reviews and further advice as the Beijing 2008 team embarked on implementing the program across all of the Games venues.
